For years the Victoria Raging Grannies have sung, ridiculed, marched, occupied and been arrested, all in the name of justice for the planet and the living creatures who reside upon it. Lets us gather, with local comedian and MC Wes Borg to pay tribute to the legacy of the Victoria Raging Grannies. Ape talks with Ramzy Baroud

Palestinian journalist, author, and educator, Ramzy Baroud managed to slip through the ideological iron curtain girding Canada to deliver an urgent appeal for his embattled country-people. I spoke with him before sitting down to a sumptuous Mediterranean feast put on by the folks at the Coalition Against Israeli Apartheid (CAIA), for the benefit of the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund (PCRF). Ramzy Baroud's book titles include: 'Searching Jenin: Eyewitness Accounts of the Israeli Invasion,' 'The Second Palestinian Intifada: A Chronicle of a People's Struggle,' and his latest, 'Gaza: The Untold Story' is soon to be published.
