Charles Marohn is a Professional Engineer, Civil Engineer, Certified Planner, and holds a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the U. of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute. He is also the Executive Director of Strong Towns, a non-profit organization advocating for, quote: "changes in our pattern of development, and a complete understanding of the full costs of our methods of growth."

And; it's been more than a year and half since the unprecedented 7.0 magnitude earthquake devastated Haiti. Roger Annis is a coordinator with the Canada Haiti Action Network, and he's just returned from a fact finding delegation mission to Haiti.
