This week: Sandra Finley is a long-time activist, writer, and researcher. She is the former leader of the Green Party of Saskatchewan, who has now tossed her hat into the federal arena as the federal Green Party candidate for her Saskatoon-Humbolt riding.

Derrick O’Keefe is a Vancouver-based writer, teacher, and social activist. He is a co-chair of both the Vancouver chapter of the StopWar.ca coalition, and with the Canadian Peace Alliance. Derrick is also the co-author, with Malalai Joya, of the Afghani MP’s political memoir, ‘A Woman Among Warlords: The Extraordinary Story of an Afghan Who Dared to Raise Her Voice.’ He’s currently accompanying Malalai Joya on the western swing of her American speaking tour.
