This week: Loretta Napoleoni, is an expert on finance, best-selling author, and advisor to governments around the world. She says the nature of finance has radically changed over the last decade, seeing a growing interdependence between states, criminals, and terrorists that reaches to the very heart of the global economy.

Napoleoni warns; since 9/11 that interdependence has, quote: “[E]xtended the bounderies of a shadow world that threatens to replace our own if we do not break away from the legacy of the war on terror.”
