This week: Yves Engler is a freelance journalist and author whose book titles include: the Mavis Gallant Award nominated, ‘The Black Book of Canadian Foreign Policy,’ ‘Canada in Haiti: Waging War on the Poor Majority,’ co-authored with Anthony Fenton, and his latest, ‘Canada and Israel: Building Apartheid,’ in which he poses the question: “How did Canada become the most pro-Israel country in the world?” Yves will be in Victoria, speak to the thesis of his book this Thursday March 25th here at the University of Victoria.
