This week, Iain Boal is a historian of the commons, activist, and co-author of the book, ‘Afflicted Powers: Capital and Spectacle in a New Age of War.’ He has followed the dark lurkings at Pacifica, and recently published an article, ‘The New Crisis at Pacifica’ on CounterPunch.org. And; Erik Andersen is a Gabriola Island-based economist, with a long history in the investment business. He’s the current president of Gabriola’s Ratepayers association, and has a few questions for ministers responisible for the CPP Investment Board past and present.
